Clean air filter
Wash I/D coil (extensive cleaning extra)
Check and flush condensate drains (must have cleanout Tee - extra task to install)
Flush condensate pan
Clean and flush condensate pump if applicable
Check aux. pan for cracks or bad seals
Do visual check of ductwork for leaks or deterioration
Wash O/D coil if needed (extensive cleaning extra)
Tighten electrical connections
Check incoming voltage
Check amp draw of compressor
Check amp draw of indoor fan motor
Check amp draw of outdoor fan motor
Check for loose or frayed wires
Inspect contactor points
Inspect capacitors for leakage
Take sensor readings if applicable
Replace missing armaflex up to 12” at no charge
