| Shown - on the roof of the Museum next to one of the heat pumps, we mounted outdoor lock-out thermostats. When the outside temperature drops below a certain setting (approximately 40 degrees] the heat pumps shut off and the hot water back-up heat kicks on. This is a much more efficient and comfortable way of heating than with the previous system. |
