Today's service technicians have the daunting task of having to keep up with all of the different types of HVAC systems, the different Makes and Models, and the ever-changing technology including the use of solid-state electronics. Our elite service staff is perhaps the most highly trained group of technicians in the industry.

Unlike many other companies, our EPA certified and NATE certified technicians work on just about every type of equipment. Consumers have good reason to trust in NATE certified technicians. RheemTeam Customer Care Trained Service Technicians Our technicians constantly upgrade their skills by attending seminars, schools, training classes, and reviewing manufacturer's service manuals. They attend regular meetings to discuss problems in the field and ways to solve and improve them.

All of our service trucks are cellular-dispatched and at least 2 service technicians are "on-call" 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to handle any emergency problem; residential or commercial.

Note: 24 hour Emergency Service is for Silver Star and Gold Star Customer Only.

Inspection Plans and Maintenance Contracts:

BRONZE STAR PLAN | SILVER STAR PLAN | GOLD STAR PLAN

You will enjoy greater comfort, lower costs and a longer life for your system when you have a quality maintenance plan. With three different levels of service and protection, there is sure to be a plan that fits your needs.

The Bronze Star Plan:
Affordably priced, this plan* includes a one-time maintenance on your heating or air conditioning system. Benefits include maximum efficiency, lower energy costs, dependability, prolonging equipment life, and safe and healthy operation.

The Silver Star Plan:
This plan* includes all the benefits of the Bronze-Star Plan, plus semi-annual maintenance - Spring and Fall, extended warranties, priority scheduling, and a 10% discount on all service, emergency repair fees, upgrades and replacements. More Information

The Gold Star Plan:
This is the best plan available, providing you with worry-free protection all year long. This plan** includes all the benefits of the Silver-Star Plan, plus get top priority scheduling and never pay extra charges for parts, labor, or after-hours emergency service. Repairs are covered 100% for total peace of mind! More Information

  1. * Cost of Tune-up can be applied towards our Gold Star Plan.
  2. * Maintenance on Off-Peak Storage Systems, Humidifiers, Oil-fired equipment, Geo-thermal Systems, etc., may be added to any of these plans for an additional fee.
  3. ** Equipment must have received annual inspections by Hannabery during the preceding two years to be eligible for the Gold Star Plan.
  4. Discounts available for multi-zone units. Contact our Service Department for pricing information.
  5. Please include number of zones, age of system, model and serial numbers for all equipment.
