Equipment Details - York - a leading name in HVAC Equipment is standard at THP homes. Almost all THP Developments come with York High Efficiency 90+ Gas Furnaces and 10 Seer High Efficiency Central Air Conditioning with a White-Rodgers Digital thermostat. A few Developments come with York High Efficiency Heat Pumps. All York equipment comes with a 5 Year Parts Warranty. Upgrades include multiple zone installations, 12 Seer Air Conditioning units with 10 year compressor warranty. Options include programmable setback thermostats, whole house central humidifiers [different makes and models to choose from], and electrostatic, high efficiency and electronic air cleaners as well.
