COOLING SEASON IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER... WHICH MEANS IT'S TIME FOR YOUR SPRING MAINTENANCE...

Yes, it is still cold outside, and as we all know, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow, which means that we can expect six more weeks of winter. But warmer weather will be here before you know it, bringing with it… you guessed it - Air Conditioning Season!

We are now scheduling Cooling Inspections, which will start in March of this year. Please call us anytime in the next few weeks to schedule this valuable service. And if any repairs are needed, they can be done before the hot weather arrives!

FREON (R-22) WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW...

The refrigerant in older systems (R-22) has been subject to another major production cut by the EPA this year. Also, production of R-22 will be cut to zero in less than two years. The price of R-22 refrigerant is expected to increase dramatically and the supply will be getting tight. If you have a refrigerant leak or your older equipment uses R-22, now is the time to replace it!
