We have been using Hannabery since our home was being built close to 30 years ago and have never shopped around because their service is flawless and the office staff is just as good. Even when it was time to replace the unit, we went straight to them.
I had routine HVAC maintenance done. Randy O. Was my technician and he was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made some recommendations, as well.
I called to schedule service for our AC's foul smell when we started this season. Received very courteous service from the service scheduler. The service technician was very friendly and polite. Explained all the service he did for our unit. Everything is running perfectly now. Quality of service was well worth the slightly higher price than the previous company.
Always Great service, thorough and informative to customer. Have had HVAC contract plans for 15 years - worth every penny! We have purchased various add-ons to systems: whole house air cleaners, UV systems, and central system humidifier. They service it all. Prices are comparative with all others, but their tech knowledge is superior. You won't be sorry with this company.
Recently had Aprilaire Model 700M humidifier integrated into our gas heating system by Hannabery. Humidification levels have increased as projected by Hannabery. Very satisfied with humidification improvement!!! Joseph Doe
Technician Tom was right on schedule. He was very friendly and thorough in his work. When he finished he gave a full explanation of what he had done and answered all of our questions.
I had my A/C system completely replaced by Hannabery and I have to say I was very impressed with their installers, Dave and Evan, and my salesman Joe. They were all VERY professional. Their price was very competitive as well. It was a great experience and overall a great experience with Hannabery in general. They take pride in their work. I'm really glad I decided to go with Hannabery. You guys are top notch!
Techs are always nice, clean and polite. They show up within the time frame, and get work done promptly. Routine maintenance appointments can be tough to find short notice, but that's understandable. Emergency response has been top notch when needed. My only complaint is the inability to schedule an appointment online, despite it being a listed option.
We appreciated the communication from their customer service prior to the appointment asking about rep wearing a mask and boot covers. The service technicians we had were excellent, cooperative and personable. dealing with them for 2 years now and well satisfied.

Excellent repair service and the price was competitive. I used them about 10 years ago and they are still ethical today as they were back then. I wouldn't trust my HVAC with anyone else.
Go to HANNABERY! They are the best HVAC company out here. The service guys are wonderful and very knowledgeable in their field. I was supposed to get a new heat pump the day after Christmas, but there was a mistake on the sales side and they had the wrong size heat pump.
Thankfully, the Supervisor ERIC LEVADUSKY was able to get some 2x4s wood to extend the height of the can so I can have heat until the actual part comes in. I am extremely grateful for Eric, Jared, and the other guy who helped my family and I be able to have heat for a very cold month until they were able to get the part. Eric even came out to my house and apologize (even though he was not at fault), just shows a great leader in him.
The service guys were very respectful in our home, they were here about an hour early which I love! They were no non-sense, they got right to work. Our heat is very effective and efficient. We also love our new thermostat as it is very user friendly and nice with the touchscreen.
Hannabery technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and careful during their scheduled visits. The office teams are a pleasure to deal with, handling questions with courtesy and efficiency.
Tim performed our scheduled maintenance and was very helpful in suggesting that we add filters to our regular contract and that we call and request the contract update immediately. Within one day, Hannabery HVAC sent a young professional named Nick to service our leaking humidifier, which was attached to our heating unit. Nick did a thorough job of assessing our system and disassembled the humidifier to find a very small tube which had a tiny leak and had the part in the truck and fixed it immediately. Thank you Nick. I had a March appointment, but an opening popped up, so they came to service my AC and heater today. Yes, they get booked up and I'm bad at using the phone to make appointments. They installed both my heater and AC, thirteen years ago. I have had a contract ever since. This is the first time I've had parts replaced. The serviceman was friendly and helpful. He always put booties on when in the house (and took them off when outside or in the garage).
I’ve bought 2 heat pumps and had Hannabery install both. I did one 4 years ago and waited on the second one, but that cost me a lot of money because prices are up since then. But they did a professional job and I’ve had no problems so far.

I have used Hannabery HVAC for 17 years. They installed my HVAC system when I had the house built and they have been servicing the system throughout the years. There service plans are not cheap and although you can find cheaper prices with other HVAC service companies, I feel you get what you pay for. My service technician, Jake, was very professional, courteous, on-time and thorough. With my service plan, they will come out on a weekend, if necessary to fix a problem.
Hannabery came to clean out all the air ducts and dryer hose in my house and did a FANTASTIC job! The techs Brian and Mike were on time, efficient, polite, professional and very respectful of my property. Highly recommend!!
Hannabery was amazing from start to finish! They were quick to respond to my inquiry and the comfort specialist Braidy, came out within days and was awesome! When the scheduler found out that our current AC was inoperable, he put us on the "on deck" program so we didn't have to wait the full 3-4 weeks to get the new system installed. He had my system delivered to our garage and within DAYS, they called me and told me they'd be out the coming Tuesday. The installers were amazing as well! I will never use another company for my HVAC needs! These guys were topnotch! Thank you Hannabery! You employ nothing but the best! Appreciate all your hard work!
When its over 100 degrees out and your air conditioning stops working (especially on the weekend) there is always some frustration. What I did not expect was how understanding and efficient the call center was setting up a tech to come fix the problem. The next morning I received a call from their office telling me the time a tech would be at my home. The tech came fix the issue and we had air again. I would recommend Hannabery not because they fix the problem but because of their standards for customer service and understanding.
Hannabery HVAC came out and installed a 4 minisplit system in our home. They were professional, quick and very easy to work with. I would use them again any day.

I highly recommend this company! On a Saturday morning, In the middle of a heat wave my air conditioner failed. I called the emergency line and within 2 hours a technician was at my home. They repaired the AC and got it back to cold temperatures in my home! Thank you so much for your quick response, your professionalism and allowing my family to be comfortable and safe during these high temperatures.

The service is great. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Service person is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. The service time is quick.
Called about my A/C unit acting up. A woman (forgive me for not remembering her name) answered right away before going to a machine. Explained the problem. She said she would have someone there the next day. She was right. She called 45 min before he arrived. His name was Dan. Dan was very pleasant, personable (great smile) and accommodating wearing booties when asked. He spent time testing, figuring and solving our problem. Kudos to both of these team players.
Today I had my contracted service. Tim K was my tech. He recommended two parts that should be updated and I readily agreed given temps in the 90s. He ran into a small glitch on install quickly remedied the fix and was very congenial through all of it. THANKS TO TIM and Hannabery for keeping us cool. The charge was well within reason. Sue C
Always on time, careful of our floors and the tech did a great job as usual! Pete was great and we would be very happy to have him back again, he and our puppy bonded very well!
