I've had a service contract with Hannabery for years, and they have successfully kept my furnace and AC unit running for over 25 years. It recently died, and I decided to replace everything, and they managed to have a new system installed within two days of me calling them. Everyone I dealt with during the install was extremely helpful, professional, and they were all concerned about getting the job done as quickly as possible since the weather was turning very cold. I highly recommend them!
I had a residential heating check up and installation of two updated thermostats . The installer, Mike P was excellent and took a lot of time to fully install the units and made helpful suggestions for improved heating/cooling uses for my heat pumps. Very pleased with the service call and equipment upgrades.
Clayton was scheduled to arrive at 8am and was in our driveway at 7:55 ready to go. He was here for maintenance service, and after showing him where the unit and 2 thermostats were located, he got to work. His attention to detail during the service was impressive and his ability to communicate clearly appreciated. He made sure he briefed us on what he found and made recommendations without pressure. We would highly recommend Hannabery HVAC for anyone looking for a business that respects their client's time and keeps the customer as the top priority throughout the entire process.
So the blower motor went out on New Years Day, they came out the next morning and checked everything out but they didn't have the parts near my home but the technician made arrangements to have the parts brought to him so he could get the job done. That's customer service. Thank you.
Randy was excellent. He was punctual, knowledgeable and personable. He got right to work and quickly rectified the issue. He also performed a safety check/efficiency test of the overall system. It was a 5-star service visit for sure.
Have had a great experience with Hannabery HVAC. I recently purchased my home in Lords Valley, PA, and found their information attached to my HVAC system. From the first call, their staff was professional, helpful and scheduled me for my service calls. I asked for them to place me on a waiting list for an earlier appointment and they followed up as promised and moved my service appointment up by a month. Randy, their service technician, visited today and was terrific--informative and efficient. My air handler, heat pump and hot water heater were inspected and serviced. This is one of two visits I will have from them in this coming year. I am truly pleased with the service I have received from Hannabery and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable HVAC service provided.

I had an issue with my HVAC system and from the initial phone call to the service visit from Jim. The level of customer service was impeccable. I appreciate the fact that they email updates, invoices and confirm appointments. Hopefully I wont need them again in the near future but if I do I will definitely be calling Hannabery.
We had a very good experience with a full heat pump replacement from Hannabery. The price line was very competitive and quality of the work was great as well. They had to completely redesign the tie in to the old venting and it looks awesome. The two gentlemen that did the installation (George and Justin) had some pretty intense challenges and never lost their cool, great work guys. I would highly recommend Hannabery for any HVAC project.

Great job! We got 4 mini splits and the workers were very efficient and thoroughly cleaned up each day. There was a delay in installation because some parts had not been delivered. But someone kept me informed about when to expect delivery and a new installation date.
In June we needed 3 new heating and air conditioning systems. Hannabery was able to install these quicker and getting us some relief from the summer hot temperatures. Their technicians were courteous and respectful and kept work areas tidy. We would highly recommend them.

In the 15+ years we have had a contract with Hannabery HVAC, we have always received good service. The techs have been polite and kept the equipment in excellent operating condition. The one or two times we called for an emergency, they have been responsive and taken care of the issue in a timely manner. Would recommend for anyone wanting quality service.
HANNABERY has been my HVAC choice since I have lived here. I have other opportunities to go with companies but have decided to stay with Hannabery. They haven’t given me any reason to go with someone else.
Service man was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he had seen with my equipment and explained to me what I should be watching for with my equipment as it is getting a bit dated.

I had a new unit malfunction, called, and they were very professional, courteous. They sent a tech as soon as was possible. The ladies on the phone provide great customer service.
Had a late day emergency call since my HVAC stopped working. Called Hannabery and left a message after closing hours. I received a call from a tech who was out working emergency calls and received service that night. The temperatures have bee brutally hot and thanks to his knowledge it was resolved.
My AC was not working during this recent heat wave. The response time was good, the technician was on time and very courteous, He was able to make the repair the same day. Very satisfied.

I chose Hannabery back in 2018 due to the stellar reviews from customers and the fact that they offer internships to our local vocational and technical school. They installed a brand new system based on our wants, budget and unique house setup - there was never a feeling of push for the most expensive. Customer Service the past 7 years has been outstanding (huge props out to Jessica in the Service Dept) and we truly appreciate the knowledge, thoroughness and professionalism of all the technicians, Sean especially! HVAC is one of those important “peace of mind” homeowning areas and we appreciate knowing Hannabery has our back.
I turned the heat pump on for air conditioning after being idle for several weeks. Rather than feeling cool air coming from the vents, the air was warm and getting warmer. I phoned Hannabery HVAC and spoke to a representative in the service department. They suggested a possible simple fix, but to no avail. I phoned them again and set up a service call for the next day (much faster than I anticipated). Hannabery called back later the same day indicating they could send someone later in the day!
The gentleman worked a long time thoroughly checking both the indoor and outdoor units. Everything appeared to be in working order, but the heat pump was still pushing warm air through the vents. It turned out to be the thermostat. For unknown reasons (possibly a power surge) the thermostat had been reset causing the heat pump to generate only warm air and not the cool air called for. Kudos to Hannabery and the Service Team.
Good sales dept., good service and reliable equipment maintenance. We have a long-term maintenance agreement and it is great. The service staff take a proactive approach and goes the extra mile for customers.

We have been using Hannabery since our home was being built close to 30 years ago and have never shopped around because their service is flawless and the office staff is just as good. Even when it was time to replace the unit, we went straight to them.
I had routine HVAC maintenance done. Randy O. Was my technician and he was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made some recommendations, as well.
I called to schedule service for our AC's foul smell when we started this season. Received very courteous service from the service scheduler. The service technician was very friendly and polite. Explained all the service he did for our unit. Everything is running perfectly now. Quality of service was well worth the slightly higher price than the previous company.
Always Great service, thorough and informative to customer. Have had HVAC contract plans for 15 years - worth every penny! We have purchased various add-ons to systems: whole house air cleaners, UV systems, and central system humidifier. They service it all. Prices are comparative with all others, but their tech knowledge is superior. You won't be sorry with this company.
Recently had Aprilaire Model 700M humidifier integrated into our gas heating system by Hannabery. Humidification levels have increased as projected by Hannabery. Very satisfied with humidification improvement!!! Joseph Doe
Technician Tom was right on schedule. He was very friendly and thorough in his work. When he finished he gave a full explanation of what he had done and answered all of our questions.
I had my A/C system completely replaced by Hannabery and I have to say I was very impressed with their installers, Dave and Evan, and my salesman Joe. They were all VERY professional. Their price was very competitive as well. It was a great experience and overall a great experience with Hannabery in general. They take pride in their work. I'm really glad I decided to go with Hannabery. You guys are top notch!
Techs are always nice, clean and polite. They show up within the time frame, and get work done promptly. Routine maintenance appointments can be tough to find short notice, but that's understandable. Emergency response has been top notch when needed. My only complaint is the inability to schedule an appointment online, despite it being a listed option.
We appreciated the communication from their customer service prior to the appointment asking about rep wearing a mask and boot covers. The service technicians we had were excellent, cooperative and personable. dealing with them for 2 years now and well satisfied.

Excellent repair service and the price was competitive. I used them about 10 years ago and they are still ethical today as they were back then. I wouldn't trust my HVAC with anyone else.
Go to HANNABERY! They are the best HVAC company out here. The service guys are wonderful and very knowledgeable in their field. I was supposed to get a new heat pump the day after Christmas, but there was a mistake on the sales side and they had the wrong size heat pump.
Thankfully, the Supervisor ERIC LEVADUSKY was able to get some 2x4s wood to extend the height of the can so I can have heat until the actual part comes in. I am extremely grateful for Eric, Jared, and the other guy who helped my family and I be able to have heat for a very cold month until they were able to get the part. Eric even came out to my house and apologize (even though he was not at fault), just shows a great leader in him.
The service guys were very respectful in our home, they were here about an hour early which I love! They were no non-sense, they got right to work. Our heat is very effective and efficient. We also love our new thermostat as it is very user friendly and nice with the touchscreen.
Hannabery technicians are courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and careful during their scheduled visits. The office teams are a pleasure to deal with, handling questions with courtesy and efficiency.
